Flagship Product · by VaulteraHealth

The complete dental practice infrastructure.

Scheduling, FDI charting, billing, recall, analytics, inventory, and built-in HRIS & payroll — one record per patient, live in under a day.

One platform

Schedule. Chart. Bill.

One record per patient, shared by everyone who needs it — from the front desk to the chair to the books. No exports, no re-encoding, no paper in between.

Schedule

The day, by chair

Book by chair, dentist, or procedure length. Walk-ins slot into real gaps. No-shows get flagged before they become a pattern.

Chart

The mouth, per tooth

FDI-notation odontogram with per-tooth history, clinical notes, and imaging attachments. Treatment plans built from the chart itself.

Bill

The money, in pesos

Itemized invoices, installment tracking, and HMO claim exports. Every charge traces back to a charted procedure.

The modules

Everything a clinic runs on.

Each module works alone. Together they share one patient record — which is the whole point.

01 · Scheduling

A calendar that mirrors your chairs.

The schedule reflects physical reality — chairs, dentists, procedure lengths. Double-booking becomes structurally impossible.

02 · Clinical charting

The whole mouth, one view.

Chart, perio, and notes on a single FDI odontogram. Tap a tooth — its history is already there.

09 · HRIS & Payroll

Hire your first assistant — or your fiftieth.

Timesheets flow from the schedule. Payroll computes SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding automatically — 13th month is a button, not a spreadsheet weekend. Start with a team of two and grow to multiple branches on the same system, so scaling never means migrating.

Digital, signed, and Data Privacy Act–aligned.

Treatment plans and consent forms signed on a tablet, filed to the patient record instantly. Encrypted at rest, exportable anytime — no lock-in, which is exactly why nobody leaves.

Common questions

Before you book.

How long does setup take?

Under a day for most clinics. We import your patient list from spreadsheets or your old system; paper charts get digitized as patients come in for their next visit.

Does my team need training?

One session. Front desk learns booking and billing, dentists learn charting. Most teams are fluent before lunch — the interface follows how a clinic already works.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You export everything, anytime, in standard formats. Your records are yours. We keep clinics by being useful, not by holding data hostage.

Is Molaris compliant with the Data Privacy Act?

Yes — DPA alignment is built into the architecture, not bolted on. Patient data is encrypted at rest, access is role-based, and consent is captured digitally at the point of care.

Who builds this?

Vaultera Labs Technology Corporation, a Philippine deep tech R&D company in BGC, Taguig, and a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program. Support comes from the team that writes the code — in your timezone, because we're in it too.
